We started East Coast Hot Tubs in 2015 after we were recieving enquiries through our hot tub hire business looking for local companies who could repair hot tubs. With have over ten years' experience in the industry working for pool and spa companies as a service engineer I was able to offer a service myself.
We offer hot tub hire on the East coast with a first class friendly service that gets us recommended time and time again. This 50 deposit will the be used as a damage deposit and will be refuned once we have collected the hot tub. On delivery day one of our installers will arrive with the hot tub and set it up, test it and have it ready to fill in as little time as 60 minutes.
We also need the hirer available on delivery of the hot tub to show them how it works, how to add chemicals and clean the filters. If we have access to the tub and a power supply and our hot tub has been left unplugged then nobody needs to be in for collection. Once set-up we will then show you how the hot tub works, from the controls to putting the lid on.

I went with this company as it had good reviews, but from my experience I can’t see how they got them as they not reliable, took ages to get back to me after insisting on the call out fee being paid up front, which I didn’t mind paying for a good service. After coming to having a look, took well over week to get back to to me and was only after me chasing them via email as every time I rang it was voicemail and when they rang back they rang back on a withheld number. Finely came round took pictures, then a few weeks went by and more casing. I got a call saying. It could be a couple of things

Fantastic hassle free service and advice. We looked at hot tubs in b&q that were way more expensive for less spec! The free delivery was really slic as was the installation. The team had contact for a crane company locally and it was all taken care off in about 2hrs on the day. Tub is fantastic, easy to use and maintain and very economical to run. So.glad I found this team

We brought the Makalu spa from Gareth in June and it was delivered in August due to COVID hold ups. Gareth kept us informed every step of the way. We ordered direct from the website we never saw the tub or any tub come to that until it arrived. It was delivered and installed professionally and politely. We could not be happier and are absolutely loving it, it is used almost every day and sometimes twice a day. My husband says he’s sleeping better and I love destressing after a day at work. The teenager gets in and talks out her problems of the day with us, for that alone its worth every penny
