In an age when so much that surrounds us is produced by sophisticated computers and machines, it remains true that the best stone carved lettering is still created by a simple hammer and chisel in the skilled hands of the lettercutting artist. Peter Hampson's hand-produced stones are individually designed in close consultation with the commissioning client.
Each letter and symbol is then hand carved into the stone, producing a unique piece. He works on a wide range of commissions for all domestic, architectural and memorial purposes, including headstones, standing stones, memorials, garden features, sundials, wall plaques, house names and house numbers.

What a horrible experience that could have been solved so easily (and for not much money). A Christmas nightmare that could have been so easy to fix.
The customer service and lack of proper management I’ve received by the “supervisor” Anita A. has been beyond horrible. Everyone else did all they could, it all went wrong with this one individual’s lack of competence, combined with this company’s poor policies that make no sense.
I ordered well before the Christmas cut off advertised on the website. I bought the better option, the bundle. Spent my money. Happily for a nice gift. You charge

My wife and I are extremely disappointed in this company and their product! We purchased a Cricut Maker 3 from Michael's. We tried to set it up and could not set it up. It errored out and even though it was plugged in the message was it could not connect. We called customer support (Cheay) and they could not help either. They offered a replacement but it was going to take 3-4 weeks for a replacement which is unacceptable and our business cannot wait that long. So then we asked to get our money back and they said it was possible but wanted us to pay for shipping for a a machine that is broken (which

The software is incredibly bad, is frequently down, and gives little to no utility for actual design on the platform. and now they are charging a subscription fee to do more than 20 uploads a month, forcing you to pay to use a machine that you have already paid for. The mats break easily, the print and cut system is unreliable and blades dont do well with intricate cuts.

I purchased my cricut over a year ago and initially loved the possibilities it gave me. The downside was you have to use their software which is buggy and full of problems. I’d often have to go into other programs to update details on .svg files and reupload the images. With their new updates that only allows 20 uploads a month without paying, I will be selling my equipment. While I may have already gave this company plenty of money, I will not contribute anymore. As cricut said in a Facebook post from 2014 “creative freedom should be free”

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Was so hesitant on buying a cricut machine after hearing so many complaints and bad reviews about the cricut company . I decided to go ahead and purchase and let me just tell you how much I regret my purchase . I wanted to send the machine and bundle back to the company but was told that I’d have to pay to ship it back . My biggest fear now is that if something goes wrong with my machine and I need assistance , I will not have any support or assistance from their customer service team because of how unhelpful they were .

When I purchased the Cricut machine a few months ago, it was with the understanding that the design space and custom upload would be completely free UNLIMITEDLY. I would have unlimited uploads which give me room to learn the program and the cutting machine. Not only was the design space program super glitchy and plagued with technical problems, it requires several uploads of custom designs to make sure that the project was cut properly.
Limiting the custom uploads to only 20 uploads a month with NO rollover month-to-month unless someone purchases your subscription is an awful and money-hungry

Huge fan of Cricut over the years, but this unexpected change in policy that restricts the use of my own machine unless I pay for a subscription is outrageous. When I purchased the machine there was no limitation on how many projects I could make, but now requiring payment to use something I already own is angering, and I wouldn't be surprised if it were illegal.
It is one thing if we were able to use other platforms to cut with our systems, but this was not permitted. We are forced to use their system, and then later charged for it.

I purchased a circuit maker back in November. I received in just before Christmas. The machine will not work. I have talked to customer service 7 times, and was told to have a Merry Christmas because they would be sending me a new machine and a call tag so the broken machine can be returned. I was told 2 weeks ago that I should have a new tracking number by the 1st. So far I have nothing a machine that's broke, a monthly bill for a subscription that can be used. You have over $500.00 dollars that belongs to me

I was so excited to receive a Cricut maker for Christmas only to plug it in and not have it work. My husband and I tried a different outlet just to make sure that wasn’t the problem but it still didn’t work. On December 28th I contacted Cricut and explained the problem. I followed the instructions and sent both a video and a copy on my receipt for the machine. No one gets back you. I have call countless times and they keep telling me they are waiting for a tracking number. Today I was told at least 2 weeks. Soo disappointed in this company!
