In accordance with what you are looking to achieve from your floor renovation project, we will respond by putting forward our recommendations for what is needed to repair and restore your floor in order to return it to its original beauty.
Please consider the following prices as guidelines. The costs of any project depend on several factors - and we take these into account when giving you a final quote. For example, the number of rooms to be restored will affect the costs per square meter - and this is reduced when more than one room is treated.
Many old wood floors actually look worse than they are. In fact the ones that do have layers of old paint and varnish on them are usually the best protected underneath. Once we have begun sanding you will see the beauty of the natural wood coming through very quickly. Any remedial work such as repairing cracks, dents or spot-sanding will be carried out once the main sanding is completed.

I have thought a lot about writing this review but feel as a consumer it is good to share feedback. We had our floors done back in January, the living room was done to our satisfaction however the kitchen was done to a very poor quality. My partner was here and when it was sanded and he was asked if he was happy, without giving it a proper look he said yes, he did not see the finished varnished work as the door was closed when the team left. When I got home that evening I hada good look and was very disappointed with the work done - I phoned the next day and then sent photos and details as requested
