Ordered some fencing via Alexandra Security as heard some good things so thought i would give them a go. It was a total disaster from start to finish. The quotation sheets are not straight forward, had to make a number of calls and emails to ensure i was ordering the correct amount of fencing and the correct type.
Day of the delivery arrives and i am expected to help offload the fencing from the lorry. Only 1 driver, no crane on back of lorry to help, all manual labor. Hurt my back lifting a ton of fencing from the lorry. - No heads up from them, no lifting instructions, no covid instructions
