We had a garden room built to accommodate a bar that we wanted which would be an all weather social space. WOW!!!!! We now have the most fantastic bar thanks to the amazing Green Room team. Everything went exactly as planned, the work team were lovely guys and they all did everything they could to make this a great experience for us. Without exception everyone who has visited us do far have been amazed by the space, quality of the built and bar fit, and the fittings inside. THANK YOU so much to Brian and the great team. We were very impressed with the Green Room Team. They worked with speed and efficiency and created as little disturbance as possible. They quickly accommodated any requests we made and nothing was too much trouble. Each person who came to work on the annex was friendly and helpful, and we quickly came to know and like them. The annex is superb throughout, and has surpassed our expectations. If you are considering a garden building or annex, be sure to contact Brian from the Green Room first. We needed extra space. We got an excellent addition to our home.
The team were highly professional, flexible to our needs, approachable and efficient. The whole process was much quicker than a conventional house extension.
The 'chalet' (as we call it) is not just beautiful, it is also energy efficient, retaining a layer of snow on the sedum roof for days after our neighbours' snow had melted, despite being a snug 20degrees warm inside.
The hideaway kitchen is really neat - well equipped enough to cook a light meal then folding away out of sight - making the room flexible for a multitude of activities

The whole team at The Green Room were fantastic throughout the entire process. From the initial design ideas and discussions, through to choices around colour, flooring, lighting, windows/doors and heating options - nothing was too much trouble for them. Brian in particular was really focused on ensuring that we had all the options and information available so that we could make exactly the right decisions so that our new Garden Room would be just perfect!

We have just the most amazing 1 bedroom annex built in our garden. The Team at Green Room are fantastic, nothing was too much trouble from changing the design a few times to putting up curtain poles in the finished annex, Brian has a wonderful team and every single one of the workers were polite & helpful.i would highly recommend The Green Room if anyone was thinking of an annex. We did several months research and decide on The Green Room and we are so pleased we did. The finished annex has far surpassed our expectations. A massive thanks to every single person who helped with build.

I would thoroughly recommend the Green Room. We have had the most beautiful Annexe built. Brian dealt with everything from start to finish. Planning permission etc so no dealing with the council for us! Tom and the gang worked tirelessly in the mud and constant rain and NEVER EVER complained. The conditions were horrendous but they carried on… regardless. The annexe is beautiful and very well made and put together. We had one tiny hiccup with the sewer and Tom came out IMMEDIATELY! More than happy and over the moon. Would I recommend? ABSOLUTELY. You are a great caring company so thankyou

Where to start .......what an absolutely amazing company, we have just had a 1 bedroom annex built for our daughter and her partner, Brian and his team were amazing, I have never come across such a polite, friendly, helpful set of workmen. Nothing was too much trouble. It was amazing watching the annex take shape and it was completed in 3weeks. My… daughter and her partner can’t wait to move in. The workmanship is amazing and the annex has surpassed all our expectations. Well done Brian and all the team keep up the good work. Thank you so much for everything.

Just had my disabled daughter's studio annexe finished. The weather they worked in was almost biblical, freezing cold, constant rain. I have never had such courteous and considerate builders....esp considering the conditions they worked in. They finished "the pod" as it has been christened, on time and we are utterly thrilled with it. We did… doubt whether it would be finished before the Christmas break, but the chaps worked like troopers. The service from Green Room was second to none, we were kept in the picture throughout the pre build and construction period. Just couldn't recommend

The Green room installed a lovely state of the art annexe for my father in our garden finished at the end of January. It was designed around my fathers needs but also allowed him to have his own independence. Brian came and spent the day with us going through how the annexe would be built and the materials which would be used. My father was happy so Brian up with a design and after a few changes made by us we agreed for the annexe to be built.

The build of our Annex took 4 weeks, including clearance of the build area.The site access was not at all easy but the team did a great job.
The people whom made up the site team were extremely helpful and conscientious. We were not on site for all the build but did turned up intermittently to "check on things".
The Green Room staff were all helpful and gave information and advice as needed or requested, We found them easy to approach and work with.
The finished result surpassed our expectations and we are extremely happy with our build, the attention to detail is superb.

From my first meeting with Brian until I moved into my granny annexe nearly 8 months later, the whole processs was seamless and stress free. My daughter and her family bought a lovely home with a fabulous garden, the intention was always to build an annexe for me and with the help of The Green Room we have created a perfect home for me in their garden.

After doing much research and going round in endless circles,whether to use bricks or wood to even having ago ourselves..brick was to expensive and wood could rot and become infected..but we had to have something.. a friend found garden annex’s on the web and passed on the info...both sitting in bed ,hubby and me..we finally narrowed it down to… two...green rooms being one...during the quoting process hubby was extremely apprehensive as to hidden charges and generally distrusting...even as far as the feedback on the web page, believing it to be, well hyped, no ones that good he said

Having had a 2 bedroom annex recently completed by The Green Room my whole experience with them was second to none. The craftsmanship and precision throughout the build was outstanding,and having had… quite a good view of good work in the past ,this was truly exceptional. Brian is not only a gifted designer ,he also liaised with us and all the other people involved with the build in a reassuring manner,taking any pressure away from us completely. Now we have moved into our lovely annex thanks to The Green Room team.

We had an ageing wooden summerhouse that was drawing water in at floorboard level.
This was at the end of extensive decking that didn’t get much use.
So we made contact with the Green Room to see what they could offer, our idea was to look for something more usable and as maintenance free as possible.
Plans were drawn up, discussed and agreed. The old summerhouse was taken down and within a few days our new Garden Room was up.
The quality of the final product is amazing and will add substantial value to our property.
We would recommend the Green Room to anyone thinking of having an outside
