We've had the oak flooring in our living room and hall for over two weeks now and we're so pleased with it. Pete also levelled the hall floor and fitted new skirting and all went really smoothly (despite the lockdown!). Very high quality work and worth paying the extra for the higher spec underlay. Expect it to last many years. Great after-sales support from Robin, giving advice on maintaining the flooring.
An update: Now had the flooring for 8 months and still looking as good as new and great after-sales service. No issues at all over the time we've had it. Regular sweeping and the first of its

Robin, we're absolutely delighted with the floor and the stunning craftsmanship of Pete. He was an absolute pleasure to be around, incredibly professional, courteous and a real craftsman.
I know you reassured us about the quality of the flooring and fitting but it is so pleasing, and frankly refreshing, to have a supplier deliver fully against their commitment.

Our experience with Cotswold Wood Floors has been wonderful, we couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new engineered wood flooring. The quality of the boards is outstanding and we were extremely impressed with the level of care that was taken during fitting to ensure every small detail was considered. The finished living room & hallway floor is absolutely perfect and will be a beautiful and long lasting feature of the house. I've wanted to have a beautiful wooden floor from Cotswold floorings for years and finally the moment arrived and Cotswold floors did not disappoint. From start to finish I was supported and advised, updated on materials and guided on options. The fitting was utterly professional, done exceptionally well and the results? Well I knew they would be good, I didn't realise they'd be breath taking. I'm absolutely thrilled and cannot recommend Cotswold floors enough. This was a significant investment and I can say without reservation, worth every penny.

Robin provided an excellent service and the end results are nothing short of fantastic.
From the difficult decision of which floor to choose to “will our uneven existing floor allow a timber floor to be laid without extensive work being carried out” - Robin will help you every step of the way.
We are really pleased we decided to have an initial survey carried out as it provided peace of mind knowing the fitter wouldn’t turn up to any surprises.
Pete who fitted our floor was punctual, polite, very efficient and caused no interruptions.

We found ourselves in a desperate situation, having been let down by our previous supplier and needing some wooden flooring urgently for our flat renovation. We found Cotswold Wood Floors by chance and - thanks to Robin's expertise and knowledge - we find ourselves with a stunning, engineered wooden floor that will endure for many years to come. We were even able to benefit from a reduced price as it was an end of line product.

I am absolutely delighted with our new flooring.
We chose wood flooring for practical reasons. It is much better for dog owners - far easier to clean. But the beauty of our new oak floor is hard to describe. And the house feels bigger and warmer (maybe psychological, but who cares?)
Robin was helpful, patient, and knowledgeable and Pete, the fitter was a true craftman. I don't part with my money easily, but I can say that this was money well spent. I wish I'd chosen this years ago.

From start to finish, my experience with Cotswold Wood Floors was excellent. They had a wide range of samples in the showroom and I was able to take a few home to see what they looked like which made choosing easy. Robin is particularly knowledgeable about flooring!
The home survey and measuring took place really quickly and was very thorough, with the offer of another visit to check the floor once the carpet had been removed.
Alas due to Covid 19 my fitting date was postponed however the flooring was fitted this week and I am delighted with it. It is excellent quality and fitted superbly. You

Having been delighted with the high-quality flooring that Cotswold fitted to our new garden room, dining room and kitchen a couple of years ago, we recently commissioned Robin to extend that flooring out into our L-shaped hallway. As ever, Robin gave very good advice on the choice of materials and the need for levelling, and then the highly-skilled Pete undertook both the levelling and the fitting over two days with his usual close attention to detail to provide us with an excellent result. Needless to say, we're delighted once again!
