BDA is a design led RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice based close to Southend on Sea in Essex. Neighbouring the Historic Market Town of Rochford on the mainline link to London, Liverpool Street means that we have direct access to most travel networks linking the UK and we are also situated conveniently within a short distance of the M25, allowing us to cover most locations.
The practice has evolved significantly since its original formation by Jeff Sharp as a Sole Practitioner in the late 1980's. We have now successfully established ourselves as an exciting and innovative medium sized practice, who over time have amassed a diverse portfolio of projects in the residential, healthcare, education, leisure and commercial sectors.
