Had work done in 2019 which was not satisfactory. Has promised many times this year to phone & book a time to look at the problem, never has. When I have phoned Steve, he always has had some excuse for not getting in touch. Don't think there is any intention of sorting out the problem.

Steve was brilliant. Customer service was top notch - quick, easy, straightforward - quote was competitive on the initial go - work completed on time and as agreed - he even did some extra gutter repairs that we hadn't noticed - Steve took photos and pinged them over whatsapp to show the work done - great business and Steve is one of those local tradespeople you will now keep on your phone with the essential gas/electrics/builder person! Excellent work by the two chaps who came and fitted new guttering and down pipes for us on 2/3/21. They were kind, friendly and interacted brilliantly with our two 2 1/2 year olds when they were intrigued by what was going on. I have already recommended them to a couple of other people and would call on them again.
