All sheds have a current lead time of 6 weeks from our supplier, unfortunately summerhouses and log cabins are currently not available at this time please check our website and Facebook page for updated availability. Calor gas products listed on the website can only be exchanged like for like. At this present time, Calor are no longer allowing new cylinder agreements on any of their product ranges.

Now I'm known to review now and again lol. And I like to praise if it fits but if someone requires it I will condemn it.
This business "is a joke".
No Stars.
Disorganised to start with and worse under covid DANGEROUS.
Why?
No walk in, click and collect and delivery only? Well not while I was there. Guy simply walked in browsed paid and walked out.
No masks inside when they spoke.
More than the permitted number in the building.
One way system definitely not adhered to.
This is Covid that kills not a game.
Management should be ashamed. You set your rules then break them?

Ordered my goods and paid for them a week ago online. Despite showing on the web they were in stock had to wait 3 days for them to arrive in store. Rang to confirm their arrival on Wednesday and advised the staff I would collect them today (Friday). Tried to collect my goods today they had been sold! Nobody knows what is going on or cares. Go elsewhere!!

Placed an order 8 days ago and am yet to hear anything (at all), no order confirmation of any kind, unable to access the online account I had to create to order through the website, called the store to explain the issues and was told quite abruptly "thats normal but its a 2 week wait for delivery" and nothing else, that's great I understand the delivery wait but still don't know if you have actually even received my order, very tempted to cancel the order and order elsewhere but cant even do that as the money for the order has been ring fenced by PayPal. All subsequent attempts to call the store
