Services
Wright Mix concrete was founded in 2005 on the back of an existing transport business. In 2002 Philip Wright founded Philip Wright (transport) ltd and operated a range of heavy goods vehicles within various sectors of the industry. After a period of time supplying aggregates to various sectors it was decided to investigate the ready mix market.
All our concretes are produced using the highest of quality raw materials, using only ordinary Portland cement (CEM 1). All our concretes conform to BS EN 206 & BS 8500. There are plenty of purposes for concrete, but not all concrete mixes are the same. Dependant on what you are using the concrete for, you need to choose the correct concrete mix which can meet your requirements.
WrightFlow SC is a High-Performance flowing Concrete. Its self-levelling, self-consolidating properties allow it to be placed fully compacted without segregation and with no vibration. The use of dapple bars during placement are required to enhance its levelling properties, leaving you with a high-performance finish that will require no further working.
Its purpose is to provide a smooth, flat surface that other finishing material, such as tiles or carpet, to be laid on top of. It is the ideal choice for covering underfloor heating pipes. At Wright mix we only supply the traditional sand and cement screed and provide ourselves on its flexibility, quality and ease of use.
With Wright Mix Foundations you can be assured of getting the best quality footing concretes. Our concrete is a flexible, durable and economical product designed for the DIY and Commercial applications. With a minimum cement content of between 180 and 220kgs /m3(CEM 1), this concrete can be used for house foundations, garage footings and outbuildings.

Had foundation concrete today, Wright mix arrived on time and completed job to a very satisfactory standard, the guys were excellent and professional helping us to obtain correct levels. They left our drive and surrounds very clean, you’d never know they’d been. I’d like to give an extra thanks to the pump operator who was excellent. Fantastic service and people
We have used Wright Mix several times over the last year (perhaps 8?) and every time the driver has been polite, and helpful. Indeed one time when we had a problem moving the mix around the back of the building, the driver helped carry (very heavy) buckets of concrete. No compliment is too great! Great company

Had 2 chaps arrive to pump in a concrete base for a new workshop, the guys were brilliant, really polite and considerate to the public around, really helpful and left leaving everything really tidy, also happy to answer any questions about the process, highly recommended great stuff.

I had a few concerns with the access to my property, so the guys in the office sent out an employee to check it out on his way home. With a bit of skill full driving from the punctual and friendly driver, it all went smoothly. Great service and cheaper than i was quoted through a well known builders merchants. Would definitely recommend.

Today I used Wright mix to pump 7 cubic meters of concrete over a distance of 60m.
I am totally inexperienced and working to a tight budget. I called 5 companies for quotes, Wright Mix were the best value by 10%!! They were the most helpful on the phone by 100% and their Pump operative Adam was a godsend.
It was raining on my original booked delivery time and Wright mix moved the delivery with no complaint.
When the guys came they were polite to my neighbours and passers by, they were helpful and considerate to me and just straight forward good people.
