Gas appliance manufacturers will only honour any extended warranty over the standard twelve months provided the appliance has been regularly serviced.

Rang Tony yesterday and left a message, rang straight back in the afternoon to arrange fitting of our new gas cooker the next day. Showed up on time and did a very swift and tidy job. Tested all elements of the cooker for me and even showed me how to work the oven! Thanks so much and would use again!

He was asked repeated to solve a problem with my gas boiler. He either refused to come out or told me to push the override button and said to call him if the problem recurred. He was alerted to the problem on a daily basis but had no interest in solving it. A total waste of time contacting such a disrespectful man.
