It was my first time engaging the services of 1st Choice Removals and it was an excellent experience. They did a great job staying on top of things and kept me updated. The guys showed up on time and did what they needed to do. I got everything with no damage and I would work with them again if needed.

From start to finish they were great! Our movers were so helpful and really looked after our stuff whilst lifting and shifting. One of the guys got stung by a wasp on his ankle and it started to swell up quite badly and he still did a cracking job! We hope he is ok. Thank you to the movers you actually made moving enjoyable when it is the most stressful thing in the world. All the best to you both from Jayde and Alex x

They changed their quote within a week of our move date after miscalculating the amount of vans they needed for the move, despite us providing a full written inventory of the goods to be transported well in advance of their initial quote. When we refused to accept this and cancelled the order, they kept our deposit (50% of the entire amount - more than £300). Incompetent, deceitful and unprofessional. Would never consider using them again - a total disaster.
