We called Blueman plumbing tonight (Christmas Day) after our heating stopped working. Had no expectation that we would get through to anyone but got a call straight back and was given advice and guidance over the phone that enabled us to get the heating working again. Fantastic, friendly service with a genuine interest in helping people. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent service overall, really recommended. Last week we used this business for an emergency repair of a leak and then for replacing a faulty hot water tank. Ali has been really great throughout: responding to our emergency after hours, returning twice to the house when new problems with the hot water system came up, sourcing a new hot water tank and installing it at short notice.

Ali provided excellent service and advice to us, when our boiler unexpectedly stopped working on a Saturday morning. He was able to come out to the house immediately, identify the problem and was extremely proactive in contacting both the national gas emergency helpline and British Gas on our behalf; after identifying a fault with the external BG smart meter. We will definitely use Ali again.

What can I say?! Ali and his very capable apprentice were amazing! Not only did they offer a great service, but they identified an underlying issue to some boiler issues we were having and were unrelenting in their pursuit to resolve the issue. Always responsive, polite, dedicated and committed to doing the best job possible. Would recommend to anyone!
