We use a variety of different cleaning systems for the many different carpet constructions and soiling problems found in the huge amount of commercial buildings that we work in.
Never Use products that you have under the sink: washing up liquid, vanish etc that are not designed for use on carpet and upholstery. Many companies sell products that claim to remove all sorts of spots & stains but be careful, they may remove the colour or leave dirt attracting residue causing the area to re-soil permanently.

Tony was brilliant. Explained everything as he went along, managed expectations well and did a thoroughly good job, even getting rid of stains that a previous carpet cleaner couldn't. Definitely use him again next year. A first class experience.

Tony cleaned my carpets throughout the house a fortnight ago. I was actually going to replace the carpets as I thought that they were a bit of a lost cause - I have a large dog. I honestly couldn't believe the results. Tony took pains over the cleaning and it all truly looks like new, even the pile looks like new carpeting. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services - before you decide to renew then try this firm. He was pleasant, courteous and on time, all an added bonus making a great all round service. Living room carpet cleaned today. Has come up really well. I explained on the phone that I only needed the room entry and the middle area cleaned and was quoted £40 to £45. When the chap arrived and saw the area (I forgot to get his name) he said it would be £40. I was impressed with this as it would've been easy for him to charge me £45. I wouldn't have known any different. No hesitation in recommending him and will certainly use again.
