Steve at Authentic Roofing Services has done 3 scheduled repairs to my roof over the last 9 months to solve a few issues that have crept up over the years. He provides a professional service at a good fair price, he's always happy to show you pictures of the work carried out if it is in non accessible areas and happy to explain his thoughts on how he wants to carry out the repairs. Like anyone in the building trade at the moment he is normally very busy but I am always happy to wait for a slot due to the good service he provides. Would definitely recommend!!!

Steve is an all round brilliant roofer, completely replacing our GRP 30sqm ground floor flat roof along with 4 skylights. We picked Steve as he provided the most detailed/comprehensive quote by a long way which gave us the confidence he had the knowledge to do a good and thorough job.
His team worked relentlessly over the weekend (through a heatwave) to get the roof watertight ahead of forecast rain the following week whilst always being polite and friendly. We found it helpful to talk through any specific fittings/hardware (for example skylights) ahead of him ordering so both of us were aligned

Steve has been great from the start of the process with being quick to look at the problem - in this case a leak, providing potential solutions, a professional and honest competitive quote through to completing the job. He was able to complete the job earlier than expected and efficiently. He also provides pictures of problem areas before and after work on the invoices.

Steve was really professional & honest. I had a leak going into my sons room and when Steve checked he thought it was more to do with the collection of moss not allowing the water to run away, rather than there being an issue with the roof . He cleared it all away and it’s been fine since. Definitely recommend him for his honesty & professionalism!
