I had a garage door under warranty which broke. I called the company, and they denied having fitted it. I assumed I must have the wrong company and paid for a repair elsewhere.
I later found my old bank statement, and a text from the installer, showing that it was, in fact, this company who installed the door. I have contacted them multiple times through multiple routes with this evidence, but have been ignored.

The guys did a good installation job arriving on time and clearing all the rubbish away, including the old door. Unfortunately they'd been supplied with a faulty batch of controllers which made operation erratic. As soon as a proper replacement was available, Daniel himself came and fitted it. This controller needed different remotes of which he had only one in his car. Exceptionally, he even drove over to bring the 2nd one on Friday evening. Worth 6 stars!
