Services
Our glass polishing system restores scratched glass to the required standards for the appearance of newly installed glass. Chicago Glass developed and tested their glass polishing system in-house, in addition, we use our own polishing compound which is used during the glass polishing process. The process used by our technicians involves using a series of abrasive discs, to grind the glass defect.

Terrible dont use. Arranged for this company to polish a wine cellar glass door in my kitchen at home. The company rep turned up and without putting any kind of protection or dust sheets down , proceeded to get a grinder out and start grinding the glass. i stopped him and asked if they use dust extraction or at least put some sheets down as this method would cover the entire kitchen in glass dust.
He said he didnt have any on the van and i should have been aware that it would create some dust.
i asked him to leave and come back when he had some dust sheets and then couple days later received

Chicago Glass were the loveliest people to work with. I spoke to Jenna initially and then other staff members who were eagre to help me with my dilema. I had just had a new glazed oak lounge door fitted when I noticed a scratch on the glass. I tried to sort it myself but only made it worse! I need not have worried as Stefan asessed the situation and got to work right away. Stefan was meticulous and patient and worked away until the glass pane was good as new! Stefan cleaned up and left everthing spotless. I would highly recommend Chicago Glass.

Researched this company,spoke with them and was impressed although they were expensive they convinced me they could do the job so agreed for them to do the work.
However when there technician arrived and spent about 40 minutes doing practically nothing small bit of masking or was on his phone certainly not doing what I was paying for.After two and a half days and £1200 I had enough of what I can only confirm as poor poor workmanship.
Nearly all the glass that was supposed to be sanded down and polished is still scratched and pitted badly and still requires more polishing.
