Where appropriate checks will be made for physical stability, pressure and effectiveness of stability bracket. Without completing all of the above checks, an appliance can not be issued a Gas Safety Certificate.

Requested service and to inspect and advise on loss of pressure issue. Engineer serviced boiler and said its fine but had to point out the leak when the heating system is on and suggested the PRV or diaphragm was faulty. Engineer said they would find out the cost of parts and let me know. Paid the service bill promptly and reminded them that the repair was still outstanding. No response. Emailed them again 4 weeks later and still no response. Very poor.

Richard and the team provided an excellent service from the moment they arrive to quote, until the job was done and beyond. The time and patience they allowed when quoting for the mew boiler system really enforced that they were the right choice and the work was completed impeccably.

The whole process of RFW working on our boiler was excellent. After calling the office, who were very helpful and proactive , an engineer was arranged to come out and fix our boiler. The enginner turned up on time and was very courteous, Our boiler was fixed with no problems at all
10/10 service and i would highly recommend RFW

Have been using RFW for a few years and have always found them to be very reliable and professional. Recently, my elderly father has been having problems with his boiler and other plumbing troubles, all issues were resolved quickly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend them.

I've used RFW for a few years now from a simple boiler service to fitting of a new boiler. I have nothing but praise for them. The guys are always polite and curteous and leave the job tidy and Richard and Nicki are always quick to respond. Essentially they are highly recommended.
