They pretend to visit your home but don't even turn up and then they record a lie stating that there was no access. This has happened twice in the last two weeks. I have a ring doorbell as proof that no one attended on both occasions. I have taken time off work to stay in and now have to take a third day off. Not to be trusted at all. BEWARE!!!!!! Use another company and save your time, money and effort. They should be ashamed of themselves treating customers in such a dispicable manner.
