We are proud to work with some of the most prestigious organisations across Exeter and Devon. We specialise in refurbishment of buildings in education, health, commercial (including hotels, pubs and old people's homes), listed and public sector. Our experience means we understand the needs of our clients and are able to minimise the impact on your day-to-day activities when carrying out building refurbishments.
Every member of the team is dedicated to providing the best quality work, ensuring your project achieves the highest standard. Bernard has more than 30 years' experience of managing construction projects for various large companies. He set up Arque to provide a more personal, cooperative approach to building quality projects, and is known for getting contracts finished on time and on budget using a professional, friendly approach.
We have supported a number of sports teams over the years, from Crediton Rugby Club to Exeter City FC. Last season we sponsored two awards for the Exeter City Ladies and were proud to present these at the recent celebration night. This current season, we are part of the coporate trust That Sponsors the Under 14s Team.
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage construction sites of varying sizes. You will have a trade background and be skilled and experienced in your trade. The above person will manage and carry out building work on sites of any size and deliver projects safely, on time to a high standard.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality
I attended the Exeter Uni St Lukes campus, around the time they were doing some stone works at North Cloisters. I would see the builders around a lot and they were always really friendly and considerate. Also, once they were done the building looked amazing!
