I would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks to the engineer for making such good work of what was a hideously fiddly job on a chaotic day. His help was much appreciated. Chris Dawson is a fantastic engineer and a real credit to the company. He was able to fix the fault we had on our sensors that no one else could fix as well as thoroughly checking over the system.

Intruder Alarm systems provide a good deterrent against crime and a rapid and effective response in the event of one.
We would just like to say how pleased we were with the professionalism and quality of work of the installers. We couldn't have asked for a better job and would have no hesitation in recommending SPE to friends and family. CCTV camera systems offer efficient and effective security and reassurance for domestic and commercial properties.
I found the engineer who called at our house very helpful. He kept us informed of his arrival time and kept updating us and was friendly and helpful - a credit to your company. Effective Access control systems facilitate freedom of movement for authorised employees, contractors and visitors to specified areas of your premises, whilst keeping out unwanted visitors.

A few years ago I had an SPE alarm installed to protect my property, and to be honest at this point I was satisfied with the service SPE provided. Moving forward by two maybe three years, and I've decided to upgrade the system on my house and also have a complete new system installed at the in-laws house. I contacted SPE and asked for a quote for both of these jobs, it was at this point that I started to realise how unprofessional and sloppy SPE have now become as their emails back and forth varied from either an SPE email

Appalling the attitude of most of the staff in the office when you have to phone with a problem is dismissive and abrupt i have had nothing but trouble with my monitored alarm since installation in 2015, I paid £384 service charge this year ,and after the second engineers visit in less than a week today i still have a problem, but you are frightened to phone in to report it because of the attitude of the female office staff. KK
