I must honestly say their prices for all customers seem to have increased beyond other suppliers recently, but what really gets me is that nothing is priced and they charge different prices for the same item on different days! It does not matter if you buy one or six items. I purchased six of an item then paid less for the one extra that I needed the next day.

I bought a couple of very nice ceiling light fittings at what I believe to be a very good price. What I hadn't banked on was the V.V. helpful advice and complimentary bits and bobs afterwards from Jason, when I went back a week later to ask for help in making the lights compatible with my old wiring system. Many thanks, it all works now.
