Our Oil Service includes Oil Jet Replaced, Oil Filter Replaced, Baffle plates Removed, Cleaned and Inspected for Damage and Wear/Tear and replace any required parts.

EMD boiler services have provided me with a top class service when my oil central heating packed up. Called out that day and the job turned out to be a much bigger repair than was first thought. Burner broke and phoned EMD to do repair. The company replaced a part and the burner was running again. However the replaced part was faulty and the company will not replace or change this part or even offer a refund. Now I am back were I started and will need to fork out another £120 pounds to another company to get my heat on. Do not use a company that will not stand over their products. Going to get in touch with Financial Ombudsman to get this matter resolved. All completely unnecessary if I was dealing with a reputable firm.
