My old boiler packed in, contacted JPR who gave me a very reasonable quote to install new boiler. Accepted, the work was done fast, friendly and very professional. Few months later, another problem, not connected to the boiler, which meant no hot water. Because of previous good service, contacted JPR who came round same day, located fault needing new valve. The next morning sourced new part, attended and fitted all within 2 hours. Excellent service

They are my choices when it comes to my annual gas boiler service but today I took them into the unknown.
We decided to have a new intergrated washing machine and dryer.
So spoke to George who said they had never fitted one but would willingly remove and renew for me.
Into action they began, the fitter arrived and set to work.
What a pleasant, knowledgeable and skilled person he was. Job done and tested we are so pleased and grateful for the Service we received today.. A big thank you for the 5 star service. Definitely recommend
