Left messsge with Kevin about problem with my alarm. He rang back within ten minutes with initial advice before turning up the same day. He was very Covid aware and had taken all of the necessary precautions before a home visit. Work was quickly and efficiently carried out, and he took the time to explain everything that he had done, talking me through what I needed to do if anything occurred in future. He offered to talk me through anything that arose if it did not need a home visit. Cost of the job was extremely reasonable and Kevin was very friendly and helpful from the initial call to completing the job. His services are certainly recommended. Thank you again, Kevin!
