This Company is a total waste of time, they lied all the way along. Kept change dates to start the work, we were told that we had to pay more because they had trouble getting the materials and the workers. We had to get our voucher changed 3 times. So today they phone to say that they are cancelling the job, with 3 weeks to go before the work had to be completed. We have no hope in hell getting this work done now.

They failed miserably. They knocked on our door over a year ago and told us about the government green homes grant scheme which we applied for and were awarded £9000 several months ago. They then gave us excuse after excuse for not being able to the work, culminating in an email stating that they were withdrawing their services. My advice would be to go elsewhere.

Critical: Professionalism
Insulation was very good, but the mess that was left, ended up with us having to repaint the decking, & we were told that we would have to buy brick acid to restore the paths. If they had cleared up after themselves on a daily basis much of this could have been avoided. Therefore I would not recommend this company.

We are really pleased with our insulation Jay and Cory worked very hard under difficult weather conditions. but remained polite and courteous The finish is so much nicer than before and the new windowsills change the look for the better. we have had very positive comments on it. The only thing I would advise future customers to do is make sure that if you have exterior lights and outside taps you have enough cable /piping to accommodate the extra insulation.

Awful company. They did my exterior wall insulation and took 8 months to finish. The paint job is terrible, I have paint all over my window ledges, soffits, door frames and even my gates! I could have done a better paint job myself. Very rude workmen, when I asked them to tidy up the paint job and scrape off excess they became extremely rude and walked off the job.
