We only accommodate the county of Essex in which we are based, we believe by concentrating on just one county it allows us to create a better bond with our customers and suppliers, making us a very recognised and reliable brand, delivering only the best customer service and undertaking amazing projects for all of our customers to enjoy.
Scaffolders will arrive to erect the scaffolding one or two days before the project on your loft conversion commences, they will need access to the front and the rear of your property. It is always a nice gesture to let your neighbours know a day or so earlier before the scaffolding is going to be erected.
At Pro Lofts 80% of our foundations are hand-dug as we believe in taking care of any gardens sounding the property. Once the foundations are at the correct depth, they are checked by a building control officer and once they have been passed, the foundations are then mass pored with fibre reinforced concrete, and left for one week to settle before carrying out any brickwork.
When constructing a new loft conversion, there are other companies that will just supply an architectural drawing, but at Pro Lofts we'll have one of our structural surveyor's pay a visit to the property and inspect your existing structure. Then calculate how to maximise your new space and create the best design for you and your Pro Loft conversion.
Great service and an excellent finished product. It is better than I ever expected it to be. The guys here at pro lifts are both professional and really good at listening to exactly what you want. Prolofts have done an amazing job of turning our 3-bedroom house into a 5 bedrooms plus extra bathroom family home. Alex and Lewis have been incredible, always friendly, respectful and our 3 young boys loved having them about. We couldn't be happier with the quality of their work and how they happily guided us through the whole process. We always felt comfortable with them in our home and would highly recommend Prolofts.

Paul and his team have just completed an excellent garage conversion. Through every stage of the job they worked tidily and with minimal disturbance. They checked with us at every stage of the project listening to any last minute altercations. Pro lofts were so professional and we felt confident about asking them to carry out our loft conversion from the start. Paul seemed so keen to do the work and wanted to see the loft space straight away to see what needed to be done. He had some great ideas which really improved the original plans such as giving us loft space in the eaves, an extra window at the side, swapping over the originally planned bathroom and smaller bedroom and managing to squeeze out some extra space in the rooms.

Couldn't be happier, Pro Lofts have done an excellent job turning a house into our home. Right from the outset we felt comfortable and trusted the team to look after our house and turn it into the home we wanted and what a brilliant finish. The team were really helpful, friendly and explained each step of the build and consulted with us throughout. Nothing was to much trouble. WOW!! We purchased a new home earlier this year which needed full renovation and we were very apprehensive who we got To do all this work, as we needed all rooms replastered, full bathroom installation, fully tiled, internal and external walls removed, garage converted to en-suite and fully tiled, boiler room removed To extend lounge, kitchen ripped out and turned into dining room, extension added for a new kitchen, New radiators in all rooms with new boiler fitted, electrics replaced, and porch door moved and new front door fitted, with new repositioned loft door, JUST A SMALL JOB!!!
