I typically have to call a plumber to unblock my toilet every 2 to 3 years and this by far has been the best experience. The plumber performed a camera investigation, located the blockage and resolved it within seconds. I highly recommend this company they arrived within 90 minutes of my initial call and offered and professional and friendly service.

This Team are worth their weight in gold! These guys really are drainage specialists ... I can’t thank them enough ... a huge job (in my eyes) which had been left undiscovered for years was carefully investigated and considered by Steve and Ben, discussed and dealt with without delay. Nothing phased them. These guys worked so hard and just cracked on, the speed of their progress each day was unbelievable. They took hold of the whole situation which was a real relief to me, they explained, evidenced and included me step by step in their discovery of concreted and severed pipes deep underground

Fantastic service! I couldn't be happier and wish I'd got a survey done sooner. I've had problems with rats getting into my loft since moving into a new property in August 2019, and have had various people come to look at the issue. SB Drains found the issue within 10 minutes and offered a solution. The staff who came out were a delight, very polite, very knowledgeable and sympathetic. I highly recommend SB Drains! Thank you guys :-)
