Disgusting customer service. After waiting nearly 2 months for some decking trim and extra clips I called to see where my order was. It had apparently been ‘missed’ in the system, which they then gave me a new delivery date for yesterday. I took the whole day off work and waited, called a few times and I’d been told they’d ‘definitely’ be here.… They’re still not here, I’ve lost out on money and paid over £50 for delivery! I want this fee back and I’m leaving this review as no one is answering their phones. Do not order from this

Absolutely shocking customer service. Still awaiting trims from an order in May, after twice been promised dates. I would NEVER use ultra decking again and would advise anyone against them. By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my personal and working life. -10/10 for me!

I bought my decking from ultradecking back in February this year. I called first to check if they could make a 2 week delivery slot, as I had holiday booked and Luke assured me this would be ok so I went ahead. Initially I got a delivery date beyond the agreed time but after chatting with Luke he assured me he would sort it out. After having my doubts, being a cynical Southerner n’all, in fairness he was true to his word and it turned up a couple of days ahead of the agreed time so thanks for that Luke. I also had a good experience with a lady in the office, whose name I’ve forgotten sorry

I cannot fault this company, either for their products or their service. We are delighted with the decking, it looks beautiful, and it’s an excellent price.

After ordering samples from over 20 suppliers, I found Ultra Decking anthracite Grey Home Premier was a colour match, unlike other brands which were either charcoal or had specs of brown. To back it up the installer said that the boards were the best quality that he has worked with. The delivery was smooth and the driver carefully placed the boards where requested. Best of all great value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend Ultra Decking to friends and family.

The ordering process online was straightforward and delivery was speedy even in these times of Covid. The driver was friendly and put the boards etc where I wanted them. The price was good when viewed against the competition. I have just finished the decking and I am really pleased with the outcome. Boards were easy to work with. The bags of starter clips were too big because I only needed a dozen but the smallest bag was 100. The customer service was great throughout. I received a call advising about the delivery date and another the day before delivery. Also received a follow up call to check
