Having had one of the worst experiences ever with a previous removal company we were very cautious this time around. When contacted, Paul inspired trust and professionalism and this was confirmed by the actions of his team on the day of the move. Big moves such as mine from the family home of nearly 30 years can be stressful which on reflection was reduced substantially by Ferriday's efficient and good humoured team. Thank you all for a move very well done! It has been much appreciated and I have no hesitation in recommending Ferriday & Alder.

I have used Paul and his time for a number of moves and have always had an excellent service at a reasonable price. The guys who came to pack and the guys (and girl) who moved us the next day were all friendly and very efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely brilliant removal company. Right from the start Paul and his team made a stressful time bearable! The communication from the start was excellent. The team who packed us up the day before the move were very good indeed, they took care with the delicate items. The day of the move we had five in the team, they were all extremely efficient, polite and very strong! We have used Ferriday and Alder on a previous move and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent hard working and responsive team, they had to move our complicated and rambling house's contents, with 30 years of accumulated possessions, over a 3-day period. They are an excellent team, friendly and enthusiastic and always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done to the customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Ferriday and Alder

Great experience with this company - would highly recommend. Communication was great from beginning to end. Paul was really helpful in giving options available for my move and was able to respond quickly to a last minute change of plan, which went a long way to taking the stress out of my move. The team arrived on time and I was really impressed with how quickly, efficiently and courteously the job was done.

Top class service supervised personally by Paul Bampton and carried out by his friendly and hard working team. Ours was a big house with 20+ years of accumulated contents which was treated with care and efficiently loaded across 2 days. This was an incredibly busy period for the industry and yet we knew we could rely on them, which was one less thing to worry about!

My move was particularly stressful as I had to put all my stuff in storage for two weeks and then live without it for one week. The packing and unpacking of my "stuff" was however was not stressful. So pleased with how they handled everything - took so much pressure off me. Would highly recommend Ferriday and Alder.
