Waterworx was established with the aim of giving a reliable friendly service to all of our clients. We have worked in the plumbing and heating industry for over 8 years and have gained extensive experience doing everything from complete heating systems to bathrooms and carrying out basic plumbing and heating maintenance.
The Gas Safe Register is the official Gas Registration body for the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Guernsey, appointed by the relevant Health & Safety Authority for each area. It is a requirement by law that all gas engineers must be on this Gas Safe Register. The main purpose of this is to protect the public from dangerous and unsafe gas work.

Jordan, the young man who came to replace our tap was clean was well mannered, pleasant and very clean working, he got on with the work with no hassle. We would have him again if we had any problems. He came out on the same morning that we got in touch with the company because our tap had started leaking over the bank holiday.

Keith (owner) and Chris (engineer) dealt with our broken boiler very quickly and efficiently at a time when many other companies were saying they couldn't get to us for 5 days. Chris came out on a Saturday after my call only the day before. He identified the problem and sent us a quote for the required parts and work that needed doing. By Tuesday at 09:30am we had our heating and hot water restored - both Keith and Chris were very pleasant and helpful. My brother is a plumber and said the quote was very reasonable, so we are really happy with the experience we had from Waterworx.

Waterworx was recommended to us so thought why not. The service provided from first contact to end of job was excellent. Dean who attended to our repair was excellent and so was the fee charged. I was expecting a higher bill but was pleasantly surprised. Will have no hesitation in recommending Waterworx. Keep up the good work.

Booking was handled well and fitted around my busy schedule. Plumber turned up promptly, was polite and friendly. Cracked on with the job and finished in less than an hour. I have used Waterworx a few times in the last year and would recommend them for the work they did for me, which was a boiler service and a complete bathroom replacement.
I really liked how they project managed my entire bathroom replacement - removing the old suite and tiles, plastering walls, fitting electrics, new tiles and fitting new suite and shower, plumbing in a new heated towel rail and arranging removal of waste. I just needed to do the painting. I am really pleased with the result - looks great - top job!
Recently I have also used Waterworx to fix a small issue on boiler. Very quick
