Renovation of an existing Semi-detached home in Cardiff to include a lift, pool and circulation increases to accommodate the accessibility needs of a Client. This scheme represented a significant renovation and extension to an existing residential building in the 'Heart' of Cardiff. The building's location was on the boundary of two well-established conservation areas and within walking distance of Cardiff's Historical Llandaff Cathedral.
