Cold called my elderly parents , were there 3 hours despite my mother saying she was having second thoughts and was not wanting to go ahead they still convinced them they need the foam insulation despite have no the loft fully insulated and boarded out. Hard pressure selling and did not leave until they had their deposit

Do you sold my father-in-law has solar panel system he is 86 Years old it will take him at least 10 years to get his money back however he has problems with his solar panels are you not interested you don’t return his calls you are Only Interested in the next customer profits first and all that ect. And I won’t let it rest I’ll drag you through the media radio TV everything it takes I’m Like a bulldog I won’t let go

Had a very informative chat with Neil. We were lucky enough to get a Gov grant even though we're not on benefits and we paid a third of the price up front. The 2 lads who did the work were great and left no mess, just a little dust, which was expected. The equipment was VERY noisy, I suggest you warn your neighbours!!

From start to finish Cisco Homes have been friendly and professional. We had our survey appointment on the Monday and by lunchtime the following Sunday the job was complete with both our basement and loft full insulated. Excellent customer service, the lads that did the insulation were immaculate with their work, cleaned up after themselves - just brilliant. Highly recommend!

I had a call out of the blue & spoke to a very nice person called Sue. She explained that they were carrying out free loft checks in the area & giving information on a new product called Lapolla. I agreed to have the “MOT” carried out & was so impressed by the efficiency & professionalism of the surveyor that I decided to buy Lapolla. Installation was swift, clean & carried out by very polite installers. I highly recommend the company & their staff. Great experience overall
