Rang landline number and left a message, got a call back and Pete advised he would nip round and get me a quote for a new gate to be fitted. I got the call back with a quote and arranged a day for the gate to be fitted. On that day he didn't turn up and no call to say that he couldn't make it or arrange another day. When he was called he said he didn't know anything about this and no job was booked in. One star is to many for this company.

Seemed a nice guy. Came out. Quoted. Agreed start date. Messaged three hours before he was due to start to say he couldn't come that day as he was "busy" .... Then refused to answer phone or text messages. Eventually sent a text to say, "name you day". I said I would like to discuss a day, on the telephone and details, like, how long the job would take. Again refused to answer phone/texts.
Can't comment on his workmanship, but his customer service and professional conduct doesn't come near a standard we would be prepared to work with.
