Roger has been an Engineer for over 36 years. Involved in the Service and Repair of many aspects of tooling in the Manufacturing Industry. These skills were to include Design, CAD, CAM, toolmaking all the way through to a completed product. He moved into the Heating industry and worked for many Central Heating Installation companies.
Eventually setting up his own Company to which he built up a very satisfying portfolio of happy customers. He had a strong appetite for learning and information; this eventually got the better of him and he became a Service Engineer for a major Boiler Manufacturer, Ferroli, servicing and repairing their entire range of boilers.
Learning more and more skills along the way. When he finally left Ferroli, the Service Operations manager wrote: This role requires a high level of technical knowledge to enable the service and repair of appliances within our product range coupled with exceptional customer service skills as expected of a manufacturers engineer visiting a customer's home.

Used Roger for the first time for a boiler Repair . Was extremely satisfied , especially that he was very polite ,turned up when he said , knowledgeable and even had the part with him to fix my boiler immediately. Have also booked a boiler service from him when I found out he only charges £50 .when for years I've been paying about £80

I called Roger to service my boiler and he was great. He is a very skilled engineer and he quickly found and fixed a leaking in my boiler without charging me more for this. His job was clean and didn't leave a mess behind as other engineers that I had had in the past. He was also very polite and friendly and I can't recommend him enough.

I contacted GSR three years ago as I had a problem with my Ferrolli boiler. I've been using the company ever since for my annual boiler service. Roger specialises in all makes of boilers. He's very neat and tidy and offers a fantastic professional service at a very reasonable cost! I never have to worry about when my service is due as Roger notifies me a couple of weeks before. If your looking for boiler servicing or repair from a trust worthy company that doesn't cost the earth then look no further! I can definitely recommend GSR.

Roger Haines GSR have installed and maintained our gas boiler over the last couple of years. His extremely high standard of workmanship inspires confidence, he really cares for the job in hand. Trustworthy, professional and a most pleasant and friendly chap too!
