Contacted them through the form on the website, asking for availability, enquiring about dates after the said they could start hiring again. I received the confirmation that they received the email, and then absolutely nothing. The dates we requested are now here, and im not holding out hope that this will get sorted at all, happily avoid them forever

I booked a hire over the phone, early March, gave over my credit card and was told to expect a confirmation email. It has never arrived, my card has not been charged, but what did they do with my card details? I cant get them by phone, email or text. Part of Penguin group, so I contacted them - no response. I think they may have gone bust
