Our highway maintenance department is fully flexible and can be adapted to meet your requirements.
Our specialist civil engineering division has a reputation for delivering quality, high value solutions from our own expert teams who are able to deliver a wide range of services to suit any project. We are experts in the construction of roads, car parks, section 278 schemes and other hardstanding areas such as sports areas and playgrounds.

I don't like leaving 1 star reviews, however the job that Phoenix Surfacing has been dragging out at Great Denham has been very disappointing. The job started at the start of 2021, where two off shoots of the main road were completed. HOWEVER from there they carried on to rip up the road in the majority of Great Denham and have since left the road in a poor state since at least September 2021 (it may have even been sooner, it has been so long). These loose services, with raised ironworks, not only have not been hardly signposted at all but were then not resurfaced before their deadline of December

Our resident's association selected Phoenix so resurface our unadopted avenue (approx 30 houses). Their quote was competitive to win the contract. Our residents are delighted with the quality of the workmanship and resulting road surface. Moreover, the professionalism of the 'preparation gang' and the 'tarmac gang' doing the actual work was impressive.
