Would HIGHLY recommend this company! I had a problem with my sky dish, and contacted Steve Unett.
I explained the problem over the phone, where and engineer was nearby and paid me a visit. There was NO call out charge, where the engineer tested EVERYTHING!! He gave me a quote to which I was happy with, where now the issue is fixed. The Engineer was very polite, helpful and very professional. What I liked the most was the reasonable price, where the issue was assessed first and the fact that I wasn't ripped off. Would use this company again

I just used Steve Unett Aerials to supply and install a new Sky satellite dish and received excellent customer service. It was potentially a fiddly job as I wanted the dish and cable to be as unobtrusive as possible, which why I didn't want to use Sky. James was brilliant, he came up with options that other companies wouldn't consider and took the time to go through them and make sure I was happy with the solution, which was reasonably priced. He was also very tidy and respectful about working in my house, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Thank you!

Purchased through PC world/Currys a TV mount fitting for £125 contracted out to Steve Unett Aeriels. To be fair to Steve Unett Aeriels PC world have over promised service. I was sold the service as a solution having queried with pc world the strength of the wall and weight of TV I was reassured that the contractors (steve unett aerials) would do what was necessary to make tv secure, even if it involved re-enforcing with plywood. Not happy with this service.
Paid Steve Unett Aerials to come out and put a TV up on a wall, after having trouble with it coming loose previously.
Two staff members put the TV up, despite me saying it had fallen down before and I was happy to buy a new TV or different bracket. They assured me the fittings were better and it would be OK - I was charged £60 and the TV lasted 10 minutes on the wall before the plaster started lifting and cracking behind it.
A 3rd staff member visited and told me to remove the TV from the wall sooner rather than later as it wasn't safe. Despite this, they would

From the start the service we had from Steve Unett Aerials was great. I left a quick message and requested a call back and within a few hours Steve called me to discuss the problem. He was able to call the following week to give us a quote on the job. On the day he came to quote for a new cable from the roof and to drill through the wall into the living room. It was great that he was able to do the job the same day. Within the hour we have perfect free view tv which we havent had in ages. We couldn't have been happier with the service we recieved.

Wanted to take some time to write this review and say how pleased I was with the service and in general the honest approach taken by Steve when he quoted for 3 new aerial points in my house and a TV wall mount. I had another quote from a large National company and the price was astronomical and the salesman was so aggressive in his approach I had to ask him to leave.
