Mark (Super clean carpet cleaners) came to clean the carpets in two bedrooms , the stairs and landing. Mark also cleaned an upholstered armchair. Mark is very efficient , careful, knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. My carpets are lovely and clean and the armchair looks great. The stains on the fabric of the armchair were removed.

Mark cleaned our sofas, lounge carpet, stairs and landing today. We're really pleased with the results! Mark was very polite, professional and was very respectful of our home. He was also covid safe, and explained everything fully. We would definitely recommend to our friends, or anyone looking for a carpet or upholstery cleaning company.

The website was very helpful and showed the full procedure they follow.
We had our carpets cleaned today by Mark and he has done an outstanding job!
We are quite impressed with Mark’s professionalism, expertise and punctuality.
Before he started, Mark mentioned how he's going to proceed based on our carpets and their condition.
There were no surprises with respect to cost and time estimates.

Excellent service from Mark - he talked me through everything he was doing. 100% reliable - he even rang on the morning of the appointment to check it was still convenient to come. Service was very thorough. Mark was respectful of my home - put down mats and protected woodwork where hoses went around door corners. My carpet looks like new. Will definitely use again and completely recommend.
