We have recently moved into larger premises where we have a heated showroom and waiting area, full workshop facilities and an indoor demonstration area so you can come and experience our products in a comfortable environment. We still also offer an on site fitting service at all the outdoor shows that we exhibit at. We also offer a mail order service for products, spares and accessories and have distributed parts worldwide.

Five stars is not enough for the service provide by Brent, Tina and Ross at Hill View Awnings. Following damage to the Thule awning on our Auto Sleeper Warwick XL, I started ringing around various caravan/ motorhome suppliers and so called awning repair companies. All that I was offered was a complete new awning. Looking further from home I came across really good reviews about Hill View and gave them a ring.
Brent answered the call and after asking some questions about the damage, he felt that it would it would be possible to do a simple fabric replacement but if the frame needed replacing it

I was after a Thule Quick Fit awning and there was no stock anywhere so I placed an order with Hillview Awnings and was told they would be in stock sometime in August. I spoke with Tina who was very professional in customer service. Well the Awning arrived at Hillview and was immediately informed it was on its way to me to which it arrived the next day. Tina went well above her duty from start to finish and will definitely recommend this company for customer service. Well done.

These amazing people go over and above any business I have dealt with in recent years. We had a "technical issue" with our awning and needed some parts supplied and fitted. Well the journey started with excellent communication which continued throughout our experience. Parts were in stock, options were given and the job completed with calm expertise.
If you have any problems that this company covers don't look elsewhere, I drove a 220 mile round trip for my repair and would have traveled anywhere to receive the service I did from these wonderful people.

Fabulous service on a recently ordered set of awning straps; the best price I could gain having shopped around, an easy transaction on the website, and very prompt delivery with a good carrier. Didn't have a clue when i called round to see these guys about a safari room for my Auto-trail 840. After going through every option with my wife and i, we new exactly what we wanted ,and spent£1600. Superb ,and friendly all round. Got our safari room up and enjoying with many thanks to the Hillveiw team. We struggled to sort it out ourselves, spoke to Tina& Brent how sent Russ.
