Lee and Steve offer a reliable and professional service. They have saved me money personally, by repairing boilers that were wrongly condemned by British Gas Engineers, at properties I rent. They provide an efficient servicing, repair and Gas certification service, giving peace of mind for me and my tenants.

Had a plumber called out to check a leak coming from our flat, into the flat below. Plumber showed up without mask or gloves, coughing in our home (during a pandemic?!). When looking for the leak, he did not remove the panel behind the sink to see the pipes. He also didn't bother to remove the bath panel to check those pipes/floor under bath. He then mentioned he wouldn't be able to find out what was going on without seeing where the water was leaking into the flat below.. but then he didn't even go in to see that either!
