Timbertech in Cardiff supply great products and the team is incredibly helpful. The Easyclean Reserve composite decking range was tough and durable with a very natural pattern and texture. I got a bit greedy with the samples at the beginning, but the colours did not quite match what I’d seen in the catalogue, so I was pleasantly surprised when they turned up!
Quality of the product is excellent and I’m so happy with the finished result.
2 yr old can happily run around on the boards, even when wet. No grazes when falling over either! Customer service has been excellent.
The only negative point is how expensive the clips are!!

I was surprised to receive an email asking me to leave a review considering the desperately poor service I received.
It is a real pity because the products they sell are of a good quality.
I think you are able to order decking boards from here without to much worry, but if you want any railings, stairs, angles or anything even remotely more complicated than the deck boards themselves then they become unstuck.
Stock levels abysmal, I'm still waiting for stair parts and it's been over 6months. Had to source components myself from eBay to finish the project.
