There are several reasons why you should have your chimney/flue regularly swept. Many insurance companies will not pay out for chimney fault fire damage unless it has been regularly swept and maintained by a professional chimney sweep. As well as week day appointments, I appreciate that this may not always be convenient to you, so if required, appointments can be made for the evenings and weekends at no extra cost. An efficient, reliable service that's there for you whenever you need it. Modern power chimney sweeping methods are used whenever possible, to ensure the best available clean to your chimney/flue.
At the end of each heating season, as well having your chimney swept, your stove should undergo an annual service which will include stripping, inspecting and cleaning the appliance including the glass. During this stove service, the rope seal should be removed and replaced if worn, and replacement glass can be arranged, if required.
Birds love the warmth and shelter of your chimney. Unfortunately, this can lead to carbon monoxide poisoning, chimney fires, dangerous blockages and infestations. There are restrictions for bird nest removal, nesting season is mid-March until August, or when the chicks have fledged. However, some exceptions can be made if this is your only source of heating or hot water supply.
With chimney camera inspection, any problems with your chimney /flue can be quickly diagnosed. There has been a chimney fire - this could cause flue damage; an inspection for damage will let you know if your chimney is safe to use. You have just moved into the property; and want to know if your chimney is safe to use, and how you can improve its performance.
Stoves and flue systems have to be fitted to comply with building regulations. A full stove installation service is offered with a fully qualified and trained HETAS fitter. From start to finish, your woodburning/multifuel stove will be installed, including all necessary building work and alterations required for your fireplace.

Great service from Steve yesterday, on a Sunday as well!! Although I think this was because he had a free weekend so don’t expect that 🤣. First time we used him yesterday and we found him to be thoroughly good company and highly informative of his trade. he even noticed a mark in the top plate and painted it like new!! Who does that these days?!! My son and 3 year old springer were also very interested in his chimney camera, massive hoover and various ghostbuster looking equipment. Great service, great price. Love to spread the word about a service provider worthy of note. Book him!

I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. When Steve the chimney sweep came, he couldn't have been more friendly or professional. He did a very thorough job and took a lot of care to make sure that we did not end up with soot all over the lounge. He gave us some excellent advice too about the fact that our chimney did not have cowls at the top (something I'd never even heard of) and we have now had that problem rectified. Will definitely be using again as I was really impressed.
