I bought a bath to deliver on the 06.04.20. I received a text from Joe on the 04.04.20 saying he "tried to attempt" to deliver on the same day unsuccessfully and said re-delivery would cost £47.00, a third of the price of the item. He added that cancellation would still cost me £47.00 and asked how I would like to pay. I was shocked at this underhanded behaviour. I reminded Joe of the arranged date (06.04.20) and informed him any charges would be illegal. There was no reply from Joe. He delivered on the 06.04.20. Perhaps Kartell UK Ltd can look into this in view of their reputation. This behaviour

Be very careful when buying products from this company, I bought 4 Aspen vertical radiators from a supplier who got them shipped directly from Kartell UK. One radiator has started showing problems after 2 years on a new system with inhibitor. The supplier is no longer trading and Kartell is washing their hands and not honouring the 5 year guarantee and trying to suggest it's an issue with the plumbing. I have had 10 radiators in total installed and only this one failed.

Came across one of their drivers today, massive anger problem and a terrible driver. He was in the wrong lane at the Clapham roundabout near Sainsbury's, which I assume he uses daily to get back to your depot on Manton Lane. He obviously just uses his anger as a defence mechanism for when he's wrong. Anyway, he proceeded to hurl abuse at me from his van and stopping next to me to shout some more. I replied with a smile and it wound him up even more. Just wanted you to know what your customers probably have to deal with. A hot headed little man with an anger problem who definitely has to be knocked
