We have ordered 9 sets of blinds from you since we moved into our new property in August; they look great and the quality is excellent. I don't know how you do it for the price compared to the high street shops. We had the same in our previous house. Delivery is also exceptional. I ordered vertical blinds for patio doors to match my window. Once again Kingston blinds have come up to expectations! Arrived yesterday after less than a week. Put them up today, so easy and look so nice. To say I’m pleased seems an understatement. Highly recommend this company for all window dressing needs.

Waited over two weeks for a quote and didn't get one.
Visited by Colin and explained to him we wanted an awning cloth changed. He said some fabrics were out of stock or had a long wait time. I asked him to see what he could do and was told to leave it with him.
A week later I emailed him asking for an update... no response to that so left it another week.
Spoke to him and was told he forgot as he was so busy last week, even though I emailed the week before that too. Lost two weeks now so thanks for that

I have previously ordered vertical blinds many times from many different companies including some of the well known names that provide fitting. This has been the best experience by far. The three pvc blinds we bought look great and the quality is excellent. Customer service was far better and a lot more polite than I am used to. I wish I had discovered Kingston Blinds years ago. I won’t be using anyone else again.

After studying their website, I purchased a large number of slats for my daughter's blinds from Kingston Blinds and found this company very honest, professional and helpful. The slats were great value for money and after a small hiccup with my order, the problem was quickly resolved with one phone call. I would recommend Kingston Blinds and I will certainly use this company again.
