Ordered a summer house in May and delivery was confirmed for 30th November. I was told a few days before delivery they had no windows and that they would install the shed without windows and come back 3-4 weeks later to fit them. Disappointed as you can imagine but said ok but would hold back some of the money until they returmed.to fit. They said it was not possible and they required full payment now. I then said i would delay the install until they had the windows but they said if i did that then it would be April next year or i could have my deposit back !! Nearly 12 months after my order.

I had a shed delivered and installed in November, the three guys were very professional and erected it quickly. After a couple of days however I noticed a gap appearing in between one of the side panels. I reported it but did not think it could be repaired and thought they would likely put some filler over it. However when Mareks came to look at it he said he was able to remove the timber and replace with new piece, which he did and it is perfect, he certainly knows his job and was very pleasant and helpful even having traveled 3 hours to get to us. I would certainly recommend this company.

We ordered a shed a few months ago from trowel garden centre. It arrived today the construction men were nice but we noticed the 2 windows were the wrong size., not what we ordered. We spoke to the manger Billy who said they didn't come in the size we ordered and we should not have been told they did. He said there was nothing he could do, in fact he was rude and certainly needed training in customer service. The size of the widows was stated all over the paperwork, and they could have called us at any point to say they didn't do that size. But they chose not too. We were offered no compensation

Following personal recommendation ,we chose to order our summer house with Solid Sheds. We were kept informed of our order , offered supportive advice during the process and were given comprehensive instructions to prepare the site .
Our base was not quite big enough , so a timber frame base was discussed with us and that was added to the order , without affecting the time frame for delivery ...
On the day we had booked the installers arrived promptly and effectively began to assemble the base and summer house . The weather was dreadful .
But Jiri and Sam were professional , courteous , helpful

We ordered our shed from Avant Garden Centre. James was really helpful, advising us that we could collect from the factory as we needed it quite quickly. He gave us a date, I called to ensure it was ready, the day before. All the staff were great, we arrived and our shed was all lined up, ready to take away. They provided all the accessories, nails, screws, edging strips. Billy was really helpful, above and beyond, advising that if we had any issues when we were assembling, just give a call for telephone support. The shed itself is very heavy, sturdy and exceptionally well made. It's now in our
