We are absolutely delighted by the end product. The service has been amazing from the beginning to the end and the quality of the product is outstanding.
Alessandra has been amazing, professional and dedicated. She took the time to understood what we wanted and she assisted us to design the bookshelf unit that we wanted.

We are in love with our purchase, it is really looks like in the picture and the quality is definitely the best. The service was even better!! Definitely I recommend 1000% my Italian living. Since day one Andreas helped us a lot to find the product with the specification we were looking for (which were many) and he kept us posted during the process, he really pays attention to the product we needed and he found it for us

I've ordered a changing table from Pali on 22 May; a few days after the order, I was sent an email with an estimated date of arrival, which should have been end of June; with big surprise I was contacted last week to confirm that the product was going to be delivered this week, and in fact it arrived today; I really liked the product, really good material and nice looking; it arrived partly assembled, which I wasn't expecting, but I definitely appreciated. I also appreciated the fact that I was kept updated at all times; Alessandra has been wonderful in ensuring all my questions were answered.

We’re delighted that our new Italian Living furniture is successfully installed. We were looking for a very contemporary media wall unit but we were uncertain about what was possible to fit on our internal wall.
Andrea and Marco helped us through the design and technical decisions and were both very patient while we made up our minds.
On installation day, Marco moved the electrics and completed a big job in one day. The finish was excellent and we now need to order a top end TV to complete the job.
Very highly recommended.
