The product supplied is excellent quality & I’m delighted with the completed fence. The gate is also top quality & gives increased security. I was wary of ordering from Scotland but Tom was always available to answer my questions (no matter how stupid) & keep me up to date on the progress of the order. He made the process pain free & I will definitely use again for future projects. Delighted with the final results.

I have just placed an order with this company. The customer service is excellent. Shannon, on reception is friendly, helpful and super efficient at answering queries and returning calls. The guys in the work shop were amazing and talked me through my choices, they gave me free samples to take away. At my request they happily sent someone to check my measurements and discuss further options. There are no pushy salespeople, just friendly, helpful staff who go out of their way to help. Background is that the landscape gardener that I am using had asked me to Contact Tom and make a payment for the fence. Initially the fence was out of stock so Tom refused payment until it arrived. He then called back as per date he had expected delivery to take payment. Although my bank thought it was fraud (they couldn't get round why i would buy fencing from Rotherham when I am in Scotland!) and would not allow the payment to be made, I did eventually transfer the money. The fencing was packaged up and sent the next day, and reached us in Scotland the following day (even though i

Composite Fence Supplies was recommended to me by a friend. I checked the website and the colour fence boards I wanted were not in stock. I phoned Tom and he said he expected them to be back in stock late April. I told him what I wanted and agreed a fair price for the boards and delivery and waited. Tom let me know a week before that the boards were still expected to arrive late April and he would get them to me the first week of May. That is exactly what happened and the boards were delivered with care, in perfect condition and are great quality. Thank you Tom.
