When I called JB Garage Doors with a car stuck behind a broken door, their engineer guy Richard was there within 24 hours and fixed the fault, serviced the entire unit and went thru what he’d done with me! Totally professional, polite and efficient. (I needed to use JB’s a few years back and they were just as helpful then as now, so I wonder why some have down marked them?)

Totally shocked.
What poor pre customer service.
Called up this evening to ask for a quotation of a sectional garage door. Speaking with a male on the phone answering a few questions. I got asked the opening size but unfortunately I have not got the measurement to hand. Said I could go out side whilst he was on the phone to measure the dimensions required. I was informed that he clocked off in One minute and he didn’t have the time.
So shocked I just said ok then I’ll go elsewhere.
