Right from the first quote we were impressed with Mark and his team. Mark was honest and knowledgeable when giving us a quote. The whole team were very friendly and professional. They were even happy having a cuppa with our toddler when he demanded one! The whole process went smoothly with minimal disruption. The guys cleaned up after themselves each day and kept us informed of each step of the project. The work they have done is fantastic and very high quality. Mark and all the guys from Copnor lofts did our loft and were amazing. The workmanship is fantastic and we couldn't be more pleased. All the people doing the work were polite and friendly and Mark was easy to get hold of throughout the project and was on site regularly which made it really easy. Really impressed with the excellent loft conversion Mark and his team did for us. From the initial conversations with Mark through to the finished product there was excellent communication and highly skilled workmanship. A very efficient and friendly team of builders and tradesmen. Everything was completed within the timescale and quotation initially given. I would highly recommend them and if I ever moved and needed another loft conversion I would definitely use them again. That said with the excellent space they have created for us that won't be necessary!

Where do I start to start writing a brilliant review about Copnor Loft Conversions. Well I suppose at the very beginning. Having had to cancel a special holiday and birthday celebrations because of Covid I decided to spend the money on converting my loft into a bedroom and en suite. I contacted three firms who were all loft conversion specialists and were all very helpful. Mark was the one I felt that I related to the most and as a lady on my own it is very important that I can trust people who are doing work and coming into my house. Delighted with work - very polite and solution focused would use again - highly recommended. Mark and his team recently carried out a loft conversion in our home plus additional work to tile and install a bathroom suite, fitted wardrobes and cupboards. To say I was apprehensive about the mess and having builders onsite whilst working at home during to the pandemic was an understatement; however, I needn't have worried - the whole team were very professional, skilled, efficient, hard-working, polite and friendly. We initially went with Copnor Lofts because we were very comfortable with Mark. There was no hard sell, he took time (and patience) to answer all our questions and he provided a very competitive price. Once we had agreed to go forward with them it was almost as though we had a joined an exclusive club. We had 3 companies in to give us a quote and like other reviews we had read, we were immediately impressed with Mark, his knowledge and the ideas he came up with as well as his knowledge on local building regs meant he was able to give us the conversion we wanted.
He answered all our many questions and we visited one of his recently finished conversions to satisfy our concerns. ( We have previously had bad experiences with builders) The homeowners couldn't praise Mark and his team highly enough.
